A busy 6 months!

What words describe our last 6 months?  Eventful, crazy, fun, busy, milestones, memories.  We've had quite a bit going on.  Here's what's been happening in our world...and more importantly pictures of our "Herbst girls". 

August

 Andy decided to take Sophia's bike for a spin...

 This is what happened next...

We now have a princess bike with a permanently bent training wheel!  

 

Took the girls for our annual mother-daughter trip with several important mothers and daughters in our lives.  It was a fun weekend. Mackenzie took her first steps on that trip, August 17th!

 Sophia rode the Tilt-A-Whirl 4 times with my mom and loved it...I'm glad my mom was there to ride it with her, mommy was not going on that thing! 

 My company threw a family event at the public museum in August.  It was a fun time and the first trip for both girls.  As you can see they had face painting there and Sophia chose a rainbow smack dab across her forehead :)

Andy had a big month in August too.  He took a new role with Kohls.  He's enjoying the job and I'm enjoying the discount!  Here's Andy on his first day :)
