Happy Halloween

We celebrated our little monkey's first Halloween yesterday! She had a lot of fun in her costume :) Having a staring contest with the Blaha's kitty. I'm not sure who was having more fun, Jersey or Sophie. Jersey kept chasing Sophie's tail and Sophie kept chasing Jersey!

October has been a very busy and fun month for the Herbst family. Earlier in the month we made a trip to Peoria for Grandma's birthday. It was a fun weekend and Sophie was happy to see her grandma, great-grandma, and aunts and uncles again. We also previewed Sophia's halloween costume.

While visiting grandma we stopped by the pumpkin patch to pick out our pumpkins for this year. They also had some animals to visit.

A couple of weeks ago we went to a petting zoo with our friends the Steighners. I think Andy had even more fun than Sophia! Here are some pictures from the day.

Last week was dress up week at day care. Monday was crazy hair day...

Tuesday was wear your favorite sports team(no nasty comments Badger fans!)...this was obviously before her hair was done :)

Wednesday was wear orange or black...

Thursday was pajama day...

And Friday was costume day!
